For many of us, our emotions are all over the place right now. Even those of us who are naturally calm may be struggling to find true peace. Most of us work full-time jobs and some are also full-time parents. Yoga is a great way to break away and reconnect with the first person we always have to make sure is okay; ourselves.
My in-person classes are usually $15 each so this will give you access to 2 classes a week at less than $3 per class! I know that finances are a concern for many of us, and I want to make sure as many people are able to access the classes as possible.

ABOUT YOGA:
FLEXIBILITY - Stretching tight muscles and mobilizing joints improves overall circulation, aids in injury prevention and increases physical function.
STRENGTH - Toning muscles supports weight management,, improves posture and balance, aids in injury prevention, and increases physical performance.
CONTROL - Practicing self-awareness and control reveals inner strength, conditions muscles, instills discipline, and develops focus.
